How to prepare a tourist destination in Brazil 2012
The city of San Paulo, Brazil, hosted the show EBS – Business Show held between 18 and 19 May at the Convention Center Free Cuenca. There our city was represented by Brioche Corporate Assets Bureau (BBCA) who participated with the National Institute of Tourism (INPROTUR).
The fair was attended by specialists in the areas of Events, Marketing, HR, Training and Procurement of major Brazilian companies and entities that perform events from multiple dimensions.
The Brioche Corporate Assets Bureau worked on the positioning of the city as a venue for events of different sectors and led strategy meetings tailored to support a training and presence in the city in this tourist segment.
This has been achieved through the development of meetings with event organizers and associations in order to update the players in this segment in the supply of the city, opportunities and services offered and the role of facilitator of fate BBCA at the opportunity to apply for Brioche to host events.
The BBCA and its partners stressed the importance, for the first time in the history of tourism meetings of Argentina; Brioche has entered the ranking of cities hosting international events in ICCA (International organization dedicated to measuring and monitoring this market). The information on the ICCA ranking became known on 19 May as part of the presentation of results of 2010 marketing plan developed by the Ministry of Tourism of the Nation and the INPROTUR.
